Founded by two industry veterans with a shared vision, our company was born from a desire to transform wireless infrastructure through precision, performance, and leadership. Vicky Sansoni and Wendy Kropenick spent over a decade in diverse technical and management roles—seeing firsthand the gaps in execution and service delivery. Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, they launched a firm focused on bridging those gaps—offering clients seamless, end-to-end solutions built on trust, deep expertise, and forward-thinking strategy.

Vicky Sansoni
As the Co-Founder and CEO, Vicky has 30+ experience in the telecommunications industry. Her broad experience in telecom has been instrumental in the creation of Full Moon and fostering the motto “Do it right the first time”. This coupled with staying up to date with the ever changing industry has led to the success of Full Moon and a pleasant experience for our customers.
Wendy Kropenick
As the Co-Founder and COO Wendy brings her knowledge and expertise of 30+ years to the Operations of Full Moon Telecom. Attentive to detail, up-to-date on the latest in wireless telecom and leading a strong team of managers and engineers she encourages the motto “Do it right the first time” to enable partners and customers alike to exceed their wireless goals when working with Full Moon.
Zach Ardito
With over 14 years in communications, Zach is the Senior Manager who bridges technical execution and customer delivery to make sure critical telecom infrastructure is deployed, tested, and validated to keep wireless customers connected and safe.
Todd Le
Tho ( Todd ) Le is a Manager with 9 years of experience specializing in system integration and DAS commissioning. He successfully supports complex deployments and ensures seamless connectivity across diverse environments. Todd is passionate about delivering reliable technical solutions and driving operational excellence in every project.
